Words that we say to ourselves are the most important part of our adult life. We all talk to ourselves, and these self talk words come from the years 11 – 15. Susan Brezindine did research world wide on women. Culture did not matter. What determined the self worth of a women at age 30 was the influence of a positive nurturing male role model between the ages of 11 and 15.

It turns out that other research also proves that men need this same male influence in these years.

Affirmtions, non sexual touch, time, and “look” all affect the way a person thinks of them self as an adult.
